Introduction: Based on the etiology, cervical lesion is divided into carious and non-carious lesions. Cervical cavity fillings frequently experience failures, which lead to microleakage. Flowable composite resins RM-GIC are used as restorative materials for cavities. The application of an air abrasion technique before restoration can increase bond between material tooth structure. Purpose: To determine effect micro-leakage lesions with flowable resin RM-GIC. Method: A total 28 premolar samples were prepared cavity. randomly 4 groups (n = 7). Group I: (AquacareTM Twin, Velopex International, London, UK) (Filtek, 3M USA), II: (Fuji II LC, Japan), III: without technique, IV: technique. Microleakage was assessed using dye penetration method observed a stereomicroscope (ZEISS Stemi 305, German) magnification 20x. research data analyzed Kruskal-Wallis test Mann-Whitney test.
